CIB-Biochemicals – Bio reagents for molecular analyses
The CIBUS bio reagents complete the product range for molecular biological analysis. The following products are currently available:
- A) CIB-Marker - DNA size standards for gel electrophoresis
- The CIBUS size standards show excellent gel running qualities. The markers are lyophilized and therfore long time stable. EcoRI sticky ends allow the labeling with modified nucleotides (dATP or dTTP). The DNA Size standards are available in various versions for length estimation of different DNA fragments.
- B) CIB-Buffer – Extraction buffers for the isolation of DNA from difficult matrices
- CIB-Buffers allow the isolation of DNA from products which contain only traces of genetic material or a high content of inhibitory components without the usage of phenol. The DNA is suitable for PCR-, southern- and fingerprint analyses. CIB-Buffers are available for the extraction of DNA from gelatine, feed and plants / plant products.
- C) Agarose for DNA analytics
- CIBUS LE-Agarose has a high purity grade and is free of DNases and RNases. Due to a low endoosmose value a high mobility of nucleic acids is guaranteed.
